Winter Break

Choker tops are the hottest thing this winter and I can't get over how easy they are to style! Made with a soft knit fabric, this sweater top by Stylewe is not only super comfy but also warm enough to wear alone. Adding a school-girl spin to the look, I paired my solid top with an asymmetrical plaid skirt. Since we're talking winter attire here, I grabbed a mini red satchel for an added pop and finished the look with a pair of over-the-knee boots for a modern, trend-driven appeal.

Sunset is my favorite time to shoot photos - especially with darker outfits, the contrast from the sunlight allows the subject to really pop. I recommend checking out the beautiful hills in LA! I'm proud to say I've been to most of the parks and trails on the east side. The best part about living in SoCal is having the balance of both city and mountain views.

Shout out to my favorite reflective lens by DIFF, I wear these everywhere I go and they are easily to most versatile piece for all my outfits. Seriously!

Missguided

I used to never appreciate the clean atmosphere and hydrating climate when I lived in Seattle. I was depressed from the gloomy weather and misty rain 9 months out of the year. I hardly ever utilized nature as a backdrop for any of my shoots. I often craved the rooftop scene with an easy, monochromatic theme for my channels. And here I am one year later, I find myself seeking every nature spot possible in LA, curating my feed to a more earthly vibe.
While I still love a clean, simple feed, I want to share photos with more depth and fill pictures with eye-catching details. I don't enjoy wearing that much black and white instead, I want to style outfits with more colors and contrast.

Sharing another set of self-portraits, I created this outfit by pairing a longline satin bomber with a creamy velvet dress. Structured the look with a leather circle bag and finished with reflective aviator shades.

Vanity Fair: Pre-Emmy Panel

The innovative space at Platform by Culver City is where Vanity Fair held its annual Pre-Emmy event. The event was on September 17th and lasted about eight hours! Each hour had its own segment of interviews and panel Q&A. The bit that I enjoyed most was the Vanity Fair editors panel. Coming from a television fanatic myself, I had a great time learning from the editors' opinions and thoughts on the nominations.
