Vines

06 July

Happy Monday! :-) My second set of photoshoot with Rudy from the Arts Districts are here! I am so excited to share with you the sweet details of this scallop dress. We found the best vine-on-wall spot to shoot at and it really highlights the simplicity of the whole look!

Rudy worked very quickly to transition from shoot to shoot and his quality was definitely beyond expectations. I am a huge fan of how the color contrast of these photos came out specifically to how the deep green color vines worked with the snow color dress. Aside from the whole "ootd" aspect of the shoot, I wanted to recreate my "sinking" pose into the vine walls (when I did back in SF with Daniel -- this shoot). It was difficult to move around and be anything but elegant and still for this dress. I am very impressed on how Rudy captured my every facial expression and angle changes I made. For some reason, I really felt like I had only one singular look!

To talk more about the dress, I am actually very into the scallop details as well as the high triangle neck design. Not only it resembles high fashion manufacturing, the dress also wrapped around the body nicely and fitted. For a semiformal dinner party or wedding attendance, I would recommend grabbing this dress off the Top Shop's latest racks!

As mentioned in my previous post, wedge heels are probably the best types of sandals for the summer. Feeling extra girly in these pink ones, I knew they would be very versatile with any look. Also being that they were from Forever 21, my feet actually felt very comfortable wearing them. Together this ensemble is excellent for both day and night. I would let the hair loose and make romantic curls or short hair neat and pulled away from the face! ;-)

Stay tuned for an upcoming post on more shoots in LA and keep up with me on my Instagram! Wish you all have a great rest of your weekend and hope you enjoyed these photos as much as I did! xoxo
