05 May

Happy Cinco de Mayo!
After traveling 5 days out of the week to San Diego, I definitely feel the energy to celebrate this holiday more now than ever. I've got all new Spring maxi dresses coming up! Shot this look at my favorite spot in Seattle. I can never get enough of all the greens Seattle has to offer!

Always love coming back to Seattle and meeting up with my girl Lydia to shoot. :-) I am such a huge fan of her work. I feel like a garden child running into the wild in this post! We shot near the Volunteer Park and spent our time working different angles. We even went around bushes to find tree leaves to shoot. Our imagination for photos were endless! I really enjoy doing conceptual and artistic photoshoots because I'm never just about the outfits. It means a lot when I find other artists around me that appreciate the same and reach for a similar outcome. -- a major reason why I love Seattle and our nature scenes here so much.

This dress is one of my favorite maxis to wear because not only it is form fitting (with the right kind of cotton and soft fabric), it also has a unique ruffle design around the front and the back. The back of the dress opens down to your lower back giving it a sexy finish! I have been wearing maxi dresses nonstop this Spring and I will continue to do so until the wind stops and the sun gets too hot! :-P Coming up I have more casual and formal maxi dresses with beautiful patterns that I want to showcase.

Stay tuned for more Spring wear! :-) Hope you enjoyed these photos as much as I did. xoxo
